  • Do I need to download anything to use it?
    The Community Data platform is a web-based platform. This means you do not need an additional installations or updated to get started. Our platform runs on any web browser.
  • Where do you get your data?
    All data is retrieved and prepared from a wide variety of data-sets. Open data sources, third-party data providers and our own sophisticated data scraper are some of the main ways in which we collect data.
  • How accurate is the Data?
    Our data is carefully sourced from reputable providers and databases. While we strive for reliability, accuracy may vary based on regions and sources. If you need further assistance, our support team is ready to help.
  • Why Community Life is not available for the entire country?
    Our team is developing a digital scraper that will feed our activities database. This is still not ready but you can request a study and we will do that for you!
  • Can I change how the basemap looks?
    Unfortunately, it is not possible to directly change the appearance of the basemap due to certain limitations.
  • Can I compare different sites?
    This feature is not available in our current version. However we are developing a portfolio manager in our new Social Fulfilment Score section in which you could compare as many sites as you like!
  • How does 'Order your report' button works?
    Our expert team will receive a notification and will get in touch with you as soon as possible to start developing a highly detailed report of your area.
  • Can I request a new feature?
    Absolutey, Yeme Tech exists for its customers so we welcome all feedback and ideas to make it better. You can drop us a line via the form or at hello@yemetech.com and we will get back to you.
  • Can I download the data as a shapefile?
    Currently, data download as a shapefile is not available. Our focus is to provide a seamless and powerful in-app experience for data analysis and visualization.
  • How do I export plans and charts?
    As this is a beta version, for now we recommend you to take some screenshots if you need this information. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
  • We love what you do! Can we have tailored solutions for our organisation?
